What is the warranty period for Alfajr Products and what does it cover?
- Al-Fajr watches are manufactured with high quality; however, when you purchase a watch, it is covered by a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase.
- After the warranty period expires, the watch will be serviced for free, and the customer will only bear the cost of spare parts.
- Any manufacturing defects are covered, including the (watch movement, screen, indicators, watch dial, and hands).
What is not covered
- Defects and damages caused by loss, theft, exposure to fire, water, or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.
- Malfunctions caused by misuse or neglect (such as bumps, scratches, or breaking and shattering the glass) are not covered by the warranty.
- Malfunctions and damages resulting from repairs or modifications made outside of Al-Fajr authorized service centers are not covered by the warranty.
- Defects resulting from normal wear and tear over time (such as minor scratches on the watch frame or glass) are not covered by the warranty.
- The battery, watch strap, crown, buttons, and crystal (glass) are not covered by the warranty.
- Service requests not accompanied by the original purchase invoice are not covered by the warranty.
