EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At ALFAJR, your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We have designed a clear and flexible return and exchange policy that takes your convenience into account and guarantees you a distinguished shopping experience.
Exchange and Return Conditions:
- Customers have the right to request an exchange or return of our products within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, with all accessories and original packaging).
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when requesting an exchange or return.
- Each purchase is eligible for one exchange only.
- Online store orders can be exchanged or returned at any of our branches across the Kingdom, provided that the purchase invoice is presented.
- Replacement products will be shipped only after we receive the returned item from the shipping company.
- Refunds will be issued only after we receive and verify the product’s condition (unused and intact).
- Additional shipping fees will apply in case of product exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return or exchange.
- If it is not possible to refund the amount through the original payment method (Mada or credit card), the refund will be made to the customer’s bank account via bank transfer.

Additional Notes:
- The return and exchange policy does not cover discounted products or special offers, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect, we commit to replacing the product immediately or refunding its full value.
- In case of an error in fulfilling the customer’s order, the customer has the right to request corrections within 7 days from the date of receipt, and we will cover all return costs, including shipping fees.We always strive to ensure products reach you as quickly as possible. However, if a customer chooses not to receive the order or does not respond to the delivery representative, the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping cost.

Online Store Return & Exchange Procedure:

- After filling out the request, you will be provided with a shipping label to hand over the product to the shipping company.
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days after verifying the product’s condition.
- Replacement products will be sent only after the returned item is received and verified.
In-Store Return & Exchange Procedure (Alfajr Branches):
- Customers may exchange or return products within 14 days from the purchase date.
- Products cannot be exchanged or returned if not in their original purchase condition.
- Exchange or return can be done at any of our branches across the Kingdom.
- The original purchase invoice must be presented to complete the process.
Warranty Policy
- Warranty period: 5 years from the date of purchase.
- The original invoice is required.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
