Based on this principle, we have designed a clear and flexible shipping and delivery policy that takes your convenience into account and guarantees you a distinguished shopping experience.

Shipping and delivery terms:

  • The shipping cost and delivery time will be added on the shopping cart page, which will appear to the customer before completing the purchase.
  • Shipping Fees & Delivery Time :
    1. Within Saudi Arabia: SAR 15, delivery within (2–7) business days.
    2. Gulf Countries: SAR 30, delivery within (5–10) business days.
    3. Other countries worldwide: SAR 60, delivery within (7–21) business days.
  • Products will be shipped within 1–3 business days (Sunday to Thursday), depending on order confirmation, the delivery address you selected, and product availability in the company’s stock.
  • Delays beyond the mentioned timeframe may occur during certain seasons, such as holidays, National Day, or similar occasions, or due to workload pressure caused by high demand on delivery agents and shipping companies in general.
  • In case of an error in fulfilling the customer’s order or if any product is damaged, the customer has the right to request a correction or return within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the product. We will cover all costs related to returning or replacing the product, including shipping charges.

  • Refunds will only cover the value of the order, while the customer will bear the shipping cost if the order is returned by the shipping company due to:

    1. The customer not responding to the shipping company or repeated postponements.
    2. Incorrect information provided on the shipping label, as entered by the customer during checkout.
    3. The customer’s request to cancel the order after it has been handed over to the shipping company.
  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery period specified in your order confirmation message, you must contact our Customer Service Center through the “Contact Us” page.

Customs & International Shipping Taxes:

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges being aware of all customs and tax fees imposed by the official authorities in their country. Additional customs duties or taxes may be charged on international shipments as determined by government regulations. These charges are beyond the responsibility of Alfajr.

  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided in the order. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct. We are not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to incorrect information. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays, additional shipping charges for re-delivery, or even cancellation of the shipment.
  • Any delay in delivery caused by the shipping company, its courier, or any other reasons beyond our control is not the responsibility of Alfajr.
  • Alfajr reserves the right to update these policies at any time as deemed appropriate, with updates clearly communicated to customers on the company’s policy pages.
